Today a few of us went to lunch in bustling downtown Walnut Creek. The party never stops in downtown Walnut Creek! As we walked to the taqueria, we passed three surly teenagers dressed identically in black sagging pants and blood red shirts. Did they aspire to be some kind of street gang?
