How weird... I'd written an entry on Cat Power @ Bimbo's, but it's not there anymore. Anyway to recap: the show sucked. She spent most of the night bitching about the lighting, the sound, the reverb levels on her guitar, and how things would sound much better if "you [the audience] were up here and I was down there." Um, right. What a prima donna! Plus the music was enervating in the extreme. "Moon Pix" is a beautiful album, but Chan Marshall live = total snooze-fest. It came as a relief when the show finally ended.

In other news, our spores are coming along nicely.
